I am considered an “out of network” provider by PPO insurance plans. If you would like to use your health insurance, I can provide you with a superbill upon request that will contain all the information you will need to submit a claim to your insurance company. Insurance companies’ mental health benefits vary from plan to plan. Please consult with your insurance company to get a good understanding of the extent to which your plan will assist you with my professional fees. If you have an HSA/FSA account I can also provide you with an invoice necessary for reimbursements.
